Train Spotting
This is a random video of me fueling my train obsession. I love the sound and feel of trains passing me by. I've watched countless videos of them in my free time. I've stood close to them several times. I love the loud sound. I love the blinding white lights. I love hearing the rumble of them against the tracks. I love the smell of the metal of the wheels against the tracks. I love the wind blowing in my hair. I even love when the flanges are loud and squeal. It's a cathartic feeling that gives me life and feeds my soul. I found my gig, and it's trains.

Miss S, i think you had the extreme misfortune of being older than your years among people who hadn't yet become individuals.
What happened to you is perfectly AWFUL. It is of a piece with countless other assaults and figurative stonings of young girls whose only crime is wanting to be loved. In this Oliver is perfect in his awfulness too. He identifies with a tribe of men - young and old - for whom sex is a perverse team sport. Somewhere in his little middle school self there may be a scared notion of a real person, but sadly in the meantime the Oliver of this story has placed himself as a combatant in a cartoon arena where the ignominy of sexual failure (as a 13yr-old?) impels him to slut shame his "opponent" to save face. Through my 12 year old eyes and ears i witnessed similar terrible betrayals and co-optation of girls at the hands of a pack of boys. The memory of this mistreatment and my failure to do anything about it is acid, even after 40-odd years.
I wanted a marching Band adaptation of this song cause I had this idea for Choir w/ Marching Band accompaniment.
That was the 1st song I learned how to play on the Mouth harp & also on the Chromatic Button Accordion made by Jupiter (Lux Model), & also the Hurdy Gurdy.
Thank the Lord! So hard to find one with just the piano and no orchestra.

I just wanted to let everyone know that last night may 9th at midnight she jumped in front of a train right down from her house and was dead on the scene
how dare you. Do you have any idea how much pain you cause others when you do that.A lifetime of horror for others . Instead of getting this attention grab get help. You need help. you are so sick , get help . dont encourage others to follow you. oh god stop talking about your overdose and go get help.
I wasn't encouraging anyone to follow my attempt but to GET help before things escalate to this kind of thing. You clearly missed the entire premise of this video by being ignorant and assuming you know what I was going through. Nobody just tries to kill themselves for fun to cause others pain. They do it because they're pain is so great, that dying is seen as their ONLY option to escape it. But thank you for assuming you know anything. You have obviously never been suicidal considering how ignorant your comment is. You also clearly know nothing about what others go through with their thoughts and feelings when they're suicidal. You're why people blame themselves and end up wanting to be dead instead of getting help with your condescending, judgmental attitude.. I do know how much pain it causes others because I have lost others to suicide. But you obviously don't know or care what anyone suicidal has to be feeling or going through to think death is better than life. Don't criticize me as if I'm some sick criminal when I was just sharing my story to prevent others from following my dark path. I WANT people to get help. You obviously didn't pay any attention to the video, so thank you for that. Have a nice day.
you are in the wrong for being so judgemental of her. Did you ever have the thought that she made this video as a cry for help and a way to get things off her chest? People do not attempt suicide for attention.... It is because they no longer know how to live in the pain and it is the only thing they see as a release from it. Shame on you. Your comment to her might have even made her feel worse. I hope you remember this and learn from it , and learn to treat people who are suffering like this girl better.
